Very hungry today so I had some animal crackers, thinking they had no fat. I was wrong. Just about to get started reading The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson.
Snack:
Animal crackers: 4g fat
Orange juice: 0g fat
Today's goal: 40g fat
Today's actual: 27g fat
Not bad. Found some fun recipes to try.
Also did some knee and leg stretching exercise to alleviate knee pain. Will try to continue doing so.
