Strawberry & Orange juice smoothie - 1.5g fat
In all, I don't feel so terrible, but I'm definitely not where I should be. Hopefully if I can continue to stay on this track then I will do alright. It's going to take some getting creative about what I eat, and I've already started to look for recipes to eat that are low fat. Maybe I can encourage the hubby to eat them as well.
I think I would feel better than I do if I didn't have the baby trying to jump on my belly all night, lol.
In all, though, I don't think I did too bad for my first day.

Goal - 40g fat, Actual - 23g fat.
The verdict:
Not bad, but it's only the first day. Check back with me in a week, and we'll go from there.
