Breakfast this morning was weird.
Coffee drink w/skim milk: 0g fat
Salad w/walnuts & cranberries: 9g fat - though I didn't actually eat the pita chips that came with it, so it probably was less than that.
Water: 0g fat
The salad came with a raspberry vinaigrette, and I think that did not sit well on my stomach because about 3/4 of the way through I got sick to my stomach. I do not think I will be doing that again.
Oh, also I bought some flax seeds for tea - something I read that might help alleviate pain. I'll let you know if it works.
Total Fat so far: 9 grams (though I am overestimating for safety's sake)
