This is going to be me trying to keep track of my food that I am in-taking so that I can at least alleviate my pain until I get my gall bladder surgery done.
I've been doing some reading about low fat foods and it looks like I am in for an incredibly bland ride. If I can avoid the pain I had last night though it'll be worth it.
I'm going to work at 11 so hopefully I will be able to only get some water to drink while I'm away. I get the feeling this might help me lose some weight at the least.
Today's breakfast is:
1 piece of white toast with jelly (1 gram of fat)
Iced coffee beverage mix with skim milk (0 grams of fat)
